After researching the technology for himself and concluding that it posed serious concerns, Ben chose to act. He equipped himself with the evidence he believed he needed to stand on firm legal ground, taking responsibility for his own decisions and accepting the consequences that followed.

His actions resulted in two arrests and no charges being laid, reinforcing his conviction that ordinary people can learn, prepare, and stand for what they believe.

About Ben

Ben from Cambridge, UK, decided to take action against the rollout of 5G technology in his local area when he realized no one else was going to do it for him. After researching what he believed were the dangers of the technology being installed and concluding that it was military weapons technology, he prepared himself with the evidence he believed was necessary to defend his actions in law.

He was arrested twice and not charged, an experience that strengthened his belief that others can also learn to stand on informed conviction.

Following a profound dark night of the soul and a period of purposelessness, Ben came to recognize the gifts hidden within his journey. Today he speaks about allowing fear to become a guide rather than something to escape, and about finding purpose through direct experience.
