Beth of Fresh Air – Episode 26: Drop It

Live — Friday, April 17 @ 2 PM CDT

In this episode of Beth of Fresh Air, we move to the next phase:

Drop it.

Once you’ve spotted a pattern, tracked it, and recognized its structure… there’s only one thing left to do.

Not fix it.
Not manage it.
Not analyze it further.

But to drop it.

To let it move through you instead of holding it in place.

Life is full of things we cling to — both the “good” and the “bad.”

When something feels good, we try to hold onto it.
When something goes wrong, we hold onto fear, betrayal, and drama.

If we get what we want, we fear losing it.
If we don’t get what we want, we chase it.

Different expressions… same mechanism:

Holding.

And holding is anti-freedom.

But it also creates friction.

And if you follow that friction precisely, it can lead to a turning point — a moment where you see clearly that what you’re holding onto is not serving you.

From there, a choice becomes available:

Drop it.

In this episode, I explore:

  • Why holding onto both pleasure and pain keeps patterns in place

  • How suppression and clinging both feed the same structure

  • What it actually means to “let something move through you”

  • Why dropping something is not loss

  • The illusion of the “lose-lose” scenario (and the program behind it)

  • How the system is actually rigged in your favor

This may not be a popular perspective, but it’s an important one:

We’re not here to get what we want.

(Though sometimes we do.)

We’re here to discover what we are beneath everything we’re holding onto.

And that requires letting go — not as an idea, but as a real-time act.

Let’s take a Beth of Fresh Air together.

If we're just meeting...

I’m Beth Martens—founder of the House of Free Will, pattern hunter, archetype reader, podcaster, author, coach trainer, and June 2019-96 business coach. My calling has truly been a life-or-death matter. After a decade as a corporate VP in my family’s firm, eight transformative trips to India, and a three-year battle with cancer nearly 25 years ago, I turned to archetypes and deep deprogramming work to save my life.

Despite doing everything wrong based on limited health knowledge, I accessed the hidden inner roots of what was keeping me sick, stuck, and unconscious. Letting those patterns go changed everything. I went from dying to living almost overnight.

Today, I help people who love truth more than their beliefs—people who want to serve with their life’s work and walk their Hero’s Journey—to deprogram the beast system from within and stop unconsciously feeding the forces that harm us.

I host the King Hero interview series, where I spotlight leaders, entrepreneurs, movement makers, and lovers of freedom who are carving new paths in a world that desperately needs them. And I also share my own voice, insights, and stories through my new solo podcast, Beth of Fresh Air.
