In this special episode of Beth of Fresh Air, we begin a new series titled Evolve, exploring how society and culture have changed and are changing — and where they may be headed next.

For this first conversation, I’m blessed to be joined by my nineteen-year-old, Liam, for an intergenerational dialogue about what it’s like to grow up inside the world that many adults are worried about.

If you’ve ever felt concerned, cynical, or quietly hopeless about future generations, this episode offers a rare opportunity to listen directly to someone living inside that future now.

Together, we explore:

• What Liam has noticed changing socially and culturally over the course of his lifetime

I’m Beth Martens—founder of the House of Free Will, pattern hunter, archetype reader, podcaster, author, coach trainer, and  business coach. My calling has truly been a life-or-death matter. After a decade as a corporate VP in my family’s firm, eight transformative trips to India, and a three-year battle with cancer nearly 25 years ago, I turned to archetypes and deep deprogramming work to save my life.

Despite doing everything wrong based on limited health knowledge, I accessed the hidden inner roots of what was keeping me sick, stuck, and unconscious. Letting those patterns go changed everything. I went from dying to living almost overnight.
