How Lisa and I met..
I met Lisa Marie when I did because I posted a question on behalf of a client on Facebook asking what people had experienced in the way of church trauma. You might know already that I love Jesus, but I also am aware of how damaged people have been by churches and religious institutions ….millions?
She saw the post which made her risk contacting me to warn me about Daniel Loznik (a dangerous grifter in the alternative law movement that I had interviewed).
The point here though is that despite the trauma she went through in the church, she used it as a way to get closer to God and more solid in her faith in Christ.
We both felt like we found sisters in each other. So I welcome her back to talk on this very deep subject that is I feel highly nuanced and maybe triggering to some.
